I have a bad feeling about tonight

IMO, the turning point in the game was when PV was down either 14-0 or 7-0..and were around the JIB 20 with a 3rd and 2. 3rd was an incomplete pass..and on 4th, they tried a boot and the TE was wide open...no one around him..and the QB tried to run and got stopped. JIB scores. PV puts in Burke and gets a TD pass...and is driving again and tries to pass inside the 10 (about the 4)on 3rd down...then the interception on the next pass. Actually PV was intercepted on or near the endzone at least twice. They just have to stick to what they can do...then it snowballed on em.

If ya saw the PV-Clintwood game last year...it was basically a rerun of the offensive performance..guess they didn't learn.

It was like deja vu all over again. Sad thing is, if they just stick to their game plan they win at least one of those games..and they'd be in the other. There's a difference playing Defense down 22-14 at the half vs 28-7 or whatever it was. With PV getting the ball back after the half..they needed to keep hammering on the ground. I still don't know what the staff was thinking.

It was 34-7 at the half.

I said earlier that when we had a Coleman TD called back that would have made the game 28 or 30-0, instead, we turned it over either by fumble or downs and Burke threw the hail mary type bomb for the lone TD that made it 22-7, so that was a 14 point swing that had me a little worried because we could have put them away with the TD. But, fortunately PV couldn't capitalize on anymore drives and it just got out of hand. Would PV had got those 3rd-short or 4th-short plays, maybe/maybe not, but their percentages would have been higher if they stayed on the ground.

By the end of the night I don't think none of the running backs wanted to touch the ball, they were both pretty banged up. What is the status on both. I didn't get to see what exactly the injuries were but I knew both went off the field with some type of injury.
